You have two E-ZPass options – standard E-ZPass or E-ZPass® FlexSM. The E-ZPass you need depends on how you plan to use the Express Lanes. You can use the E-ZPass Flex to ride toll-free if HOV-3 on the 495 and 95 Express Lanes, or as an HOV-2 vehicle on the express lanes on I-66 inside the Beltway.
