Transurban, on behalf of 95 Express Lanes LLC, invites any interested contractors to attend an Industry Information Meeting for the 95 Express Lanes Bi-Directional Project on Thursday, April 25, 2024, from 9:30am to 11:30am at the VDOT NOVA District Office, Potomac Conference Room at 4975 Alliance Drive, Fairfax, VA 22030.
The Project, which is still in the feasibility phase, is being developed in cooperation with VDOT, and the preferred delivery method is Construction Manager/General Contractor. The lead design firm is HDR Engineering. At the meeting, Transurban will walk through the developed design concept in detail and share information about the preferred contracting approach, schedule and procurement.
Project procurement is expected to begin in June 2024 with the release of a Request for Proposals (RFP).
